Quality Policy Statement
Definition
This document describes the quality intentions of 'Visible Data Analysis'' as formally expressed by senior management.
Introduction
This policy is displayed in our office. All staff clearly understand this policy and are committed to it. This policy is addressed to all internal and external customers : potential and existing.
Quality Policy
Aims
Our objectives regarding our products and services are:-
- Our software solutions and code will be fit for their purpose, which is to assist in the decision making process by converting data into information that people can use to improve their business.
- We will provide to our internal and external customers:
- what they want
- when they want it
- at prices they expect to pay
- We will maintain the high quality of our products and services that we provide to our customers
- We will protect the environment and will conserve non-renewable resources to the best of our ability.
- We will support where possible, the concept of 'Buy Australian Made' when choosing our local suppliers.
- There will be no discrimination on the grounds of gender, race , religion, or medical condition when providing services to our customers.
- We will work together as a team committed to helping each other so that we can provide the best possible goods and services to all our customers.
How
Our objectives will be met by:-
- Developing, selling and supporting "state of the art" data analysis / data management /GIS solutions in the desktop environment (PC/Mac)
- Making easy-to-use software solutions that work reliably and are cost-effective to maintain.
- Providing our solutions on time and providing professional and courteous technical support, training and consulting services.
- Maintenance of quality management techniques which are in place and are continually being refined and improved.
Our attitude to quality is simple.
